Will my guinea pigs be fighting

I am getting two male guinea pigs soon. I used to own two females in the same hutch.

When I put the males into the hutch, will they smell the female scent and start fighting?

Will they think there is another female guinea pig in the hutch and fight?

If so, should I clean the hutch out with vinegar?

Brankica: The best piece of advice I can give you is just to clean the hutch anyway.

You should be doing that often so one detailed cleaning will not only remove all scents but also ensure that your piggies are going to have a germ free environment to start with.

You can clean it with vinegar and hot water, it should remove all the scents.
